“My partner RJ talked about taking me somewhere special and mentioned Memories. I thought sure, it would be a nice place to go. I have been fortunate enought to have dined in many places around the world from Europe to Mexico. We eventually went for the first time on Valentines Day 2010 and I was very impressed. We order the spanikopita, lobster bisque, filet mignon and dessert was banana’s foster. Each dishand presentation was excellent. The steak was absolutely perfect and literally seemed to melt in your mouth. The music was romantic and atmosphere was good. My only suggestion would be to have real flowers as silk ones are a pet peeve. They did however, have rose petals that lead the way through the restraurant and were scattered about our table. Excellent and I will go again! “

“Thanks to Thomas and his staff! We have dined at memories on several occasions and have always received exemplary service. The dining is always a wonderful experience, our favorite menu would have to be the goats cheese salad with spicy rocket, the Chateaubriand for two accompanied with the excellent Chateau de la Gardine Chateauneuf de pape and to finish, the wickedly sinful Baileys cheesecake. After that there is normally room (just!) for one of the excellent specialty coffees. We have always felt welcomed and relaxed, there is never a rush to serve, allowing ample time to savour the first class ingredients which comprise Memories premiere creations. Thanks for the Memories!”

Thank you so much for the wonderful way you supported me before, during and after the presentation. You have no Idea how much it meant to me and helped me. The food was excellent (as usual). You made the evening come together with good service, facilitating the flow of events and creating an atmosphere where everybody ended up having a good time despite the fact that it was work related. Please thank the kitchen staff for me too. I still meant to go back there but got side tracked. I’ll be back!

“I just recently moved into Regina and decided to bring my family and friends to memories. We were greeted by their friendly staff, and we found this restaurant to be one of the best we’ve ever been to. We had a delicious steak peppercorn, greek flavoured chicken with feta cheese in it, and a delicious chile seabass which was just to die for. The steaks were cooked right infront of us at our table, all done professionally. The staff were very friendly, the service was fast, and we made it just in time for the big game. We finished off our evening with a delicious red wine, and some fantastic cheesecake. I would really recommend this place to anyone. I’ve never been to a place with such great food and with a lovely atmosphere.”
